Q: How much space do I need for a backyard court?

A useful shooting area can fit in a modest yard, and a half-court needs noticeably more. Send us the dimensions of your space and we will suggest what fits, including run-off around the edges.

Q: Concrete with an acrylic coating, or something else?

Most home courts are a concrete slab with an acrylic sports coating, which gives true ball bounce and a range of colours. Cushioned acrylic systems are available for a softer feel underfoot. We can talk you through the options for your court.

Q: Do you install the hoop?

We can set the footing for an in-ground hoop as part of the slab works so it sits in the right spot and stays solid. Let us know which hoop you have in mind when you ask for a quote.

Q: What about access to the backyard?

Access affects how the concrete gets in, so photos of the side path or driveway help. We will look at it before quoting and explain the plan.

Q: Can the court double as a play or entertaining area?

Absolutely. Extra line games, a neutral colour or a court that flows into the patio are all easy to plan in at the start.

Choose the court and key colours, then add the lines you want: three-point arc, key, half-court or extra games like four square.
